Fresh homemade bread is hard to beat and not too hard to make! Spend the morning conquering the basics of making bread.

Learn by demo and hands on experience how to make a simple yeasted dough. We will talk about different types of yeast, flour, kneading methods and shaping bread. You will make a loaf of bread and batch of rolls from start to finish. Bread to take home and plenty of tasting along with tea and coffee provided. Please bring a container to take your bread home in.
