An all day Gluten Free cookery class with Erin Baker.
Going gluten free does not mean that you have to give up your favourite baked items and sweet treats, it just means you have to make them a bit differently. This class will break down the science behind gluten free baking, overview an assortment of gluten free flours and show you how to create your own gluten free flour blends. We will have you creating tasty treats such as flaky pastry, moist cakes, delicious muffins, and mouth watering biscuits.
