Learn to Bake Bread in this Day Long Bread Making Class.
Spend the day learning the magic of combining yeast, flour, water and salt to create bread. In this hands-on practical course we will explore basic bread making, adding fruit and sugar to create treats such as Chelsea buns, incorporating savoury ingredients and shaping to create gorgeous tear and share breads. We will also make pitta breads, pizza bases and seeded rolls. A light lunch is included along with bread to take home and plenty of tasting along the way. Please bring a container to take your bread home in.
