Turkey and Trimmings

Take the mystery out of your Turkey preparation and get the best out of your turkey to enjoy for your Christmas dinner.
Each person will receive a 5 kg Norfolk Bronze turkey ( to feed 6 people plus). Together we will bone out the Turkey and create a turkey crown ready for Christmas day, bone the legs and stuff them with a Christmas stuffing to create another element to your Christmas dinner.
Our Chef will demonstrate making the perfect Christmas gravy using the carcass and offer recipe ideas for the surplus meat on the carcass. We will make a Cranberry & port sauce for you to take home and a sausage meat stuffing. You will also be given a complimentary tray of pigs in blankets.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks and a light lunch is also provided.
