Welcome to the 12 weeks of Christmas food at Harts Barn Cookery School!

We will be celebrating this wonderful season as we do every year: with plenty of food, booze, bakes and treats, with people around us, a festive spirit and a joy for the social gatherings it brings. Because Christmas, after all, is about people coming together to celebrate, and food is a big part of that!

We’re launching our festive season this year with the ’12 weeks of Christmas food’ and a special theme every week leading up to the big day. We’ll be keeping you informed on the history of traditional Christmas foods such as the Christmas pud, mincemeat and turkey, we’ll be providing you with recipes and guides to help you along the way, and we’ll be offering a range of Christmas cookery classes to help you get yourself organised too.

This is also a very busy time for us as we are a popular venue for office Christmas parties. We provide corporate and team away days throughout the year but the Christmas office dos are always a very special affair. Teams take part in a cooking challenge such as Ready Steady Cook, or a seasonal class such as a chocolate or truffle making workshop, or a simple ‘cook and dine’ where everyone gets involved in cooking the meal which is then enjoyed by one and all. We always create a bespoke package for our groups, just get in contact if you’re interested in booking.

Our 2 Christmas Supper Clubs are also a great night out, with a 3-course meal and excellent company. Perfect for small businesses looking for somewhere for their Christmas do too! They sell out fast though.

Also, don’t forget that our Gift Vouchers make a great Christmas present and we have a range available here.
