Treat a loved one, or yourself on our themed chocolate course – These are themed to the time of year so Valentines Chocolate Dreams, Easter and Christmas
Using melted milk, white and dark Callebaut Belgium chocolate gallettes and a range of ingredients, through demonstration and hands on experience, you will create a range of chocolates using silicone moulds, filled chocolates, lollies, florentines and rolling truffles.
We will discuss microwave tempering and how a cocoa bean becomes chocolate
You will be let loose to use your imagination to make your chocolate creations.
All chocolates produced can be taken home in a presentation box and bag tied with colourful ribbon or eaten!
