The Cookery School is currently closed, but from 12th April some classes will be going ahead, with the school re-opening in full from the 17th May.  This is in line with guidelines from the Government and the Local Authority.

Join Andy Robertson, aka Professor Pastry, and conquer the basics of making bread. Learn by demo and hands on experience how to make a simple yeasted dough. We will talk about different types of yeast, flour, kneading methods and shaping bread. You will make a loaf of bread and batch of rolls from start to finish.
