Goat locally reared and butchered & prepared by our Chef Apprentice, Theo. Cooked over Birchwood Forestry charcoal & wood. Cooked on our Fire Pit and the Earth Oven
The meal will be served communally on large tables, for everyone to enjoy the food & experience together
