Goat locally reared and butchered & prepared by our Chef Apprentice, Theo. Cooked over Birchwood Forestry charcoal & wood. Cooked on our Fire Pit and the Earth Oven

The meal will be served communally on large tables, for everyone to enjoy the food & experience together

Pit roasted goat shoulder, marinated with black garlic & rosemary, basted in its own fat

Goat belly “porchetta” stuffed with our nduja, herbs, pine nuts & preserved citrus

Goat meat & offal Ethiopian berbere style kebabs
