Due to the success of the previous Seychelles supper club earlier in the year we are bringing back the delightful flavours from the Seychelles.
Our guest Chef tonight will be the lovely Michelle originally from the Seychelles and is one of our Chefs Assistants.
Michelle will bring you a varied menu with some favourite dishes from the islands including her speciality, Red Snapper
Fish balls with achar (veg pickle) and salad garnish
Grilled red snapper with creole sauce, coconut saffron rice, green pawpaw chutney, squash salad, aubergine fricasee
Pineapple, mango and passionfruit salad with lime sorbet
A culinary feast not to be missed.
Our licensed bar will be open with local beers, lager, cider, Gin, Spirits and soft drinks too.
