Slow smoked beef cheek in dark beer, chipotle, spices and herbs

Cochinita Pibil

A traditional Yucatec Mayan slow-roasted pork dish from the Yucatán Peninsula.

Local GOS belly pork marinated in citrus & achiote, wrapped in banana leaf

and slow cooked over woodfire.

Vegetarian Oyster Mushroom Pibil

Oyster mushrooms marinated in citrus & achiote, wrapped in banana leaf

and slow cooked over woodfire.

All served with

corn tacos, frijoles, mexican rice, elote, pink pickled onions,

curtido - fermented cabbage salad, pickled jalapenos

Churros, cinnamon sugar, warm spiced chocolate sauce
