The Cookery School is currently closed, but from 12th April some classes will be going ahead, with the school re-opening in full from the 17th May.  This is in line with guidelines from the Government and the Local Authority.

Vegan Indian Cookery - Takeaway Specials

Indian food has so many great and diverse vegetarian dishes. Come and join chef tutor Versha Patel to learn the flavours of the Gujarat.

Dishes to include:

Moong Dhal - green lentil curry

Rajma curry - spiced kidney bean curry from Northern India


Onion bhaji - a variety of onions with chickpea flour

Hands on cookery and demonstration, with an introduction to spices. 

Duration: 2.5 hours
