The Cookery School is currently closed, but from 12th April some classes will be going ahead, with the school re-opening in full from the 17th May.  This is in line with guidelines from the Government and the Local Authority.

Eclairs and Profiteroles



Join us via zoom to make the famous patisserie, eclairs and profiteroles in this online baking class.

They can be tricky to make but your Chef Tutor will help you with each step of the make and bake process and can answer your questions live

You will learn how to make the choux pastry, the filling, the ganache and decoration to make your eclairs and profiteroles stand out of the crowd. 

We will send you some of the ingredients, flavourings, decorations and some equipment with a list of other items for you to provide or buy and your recipe to keep

This class is perfect for individuals, birthdays, hen parties or groups wanting to cook together online.

The class is Beginner-friendly.
Your kit will be delivered by 1st class post

  • Dried ingredients for the choux pastry.
  • Ingredients for the ganache.
  • Decorations
  • Piping bags.
  • Nozzle.
