The Cookery School is currently closed, but from 12th April some classes will be going ahead, with the school re-opening in full from the 17th May.  This is in line with guidelines from the Government and the Local Authority.

Many dishes typically found in Sri Lanka are dominated by rice and coconut. With many influences from other countries it is a melting pot of flavours. Hands on Cookery and and demonstration.
