Learn how to make delicious artisan breads using sourdough.
Sourdough bread often is seen as hard to make, and expensive to buy. This course will help you understand the basic ideas involved in making sourdough breads; from preparing the starters to making your own delicious artisan sourdough breads using both wheat and rye.
This course is limited to 10 places so that everyone has a greater opportunity to learn. If we get booked up our next class is on 25th October here.
This is a hands on course and you will be taking home a variety of breads, a sourdough starter along with the recipes and handouts. We will also be providing lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Please bring a 200ml plastic container for taking your own sourdough starter home.
