Join us for pure indulgence into chocolate.
You will receive a brief introduction to the history of chocolate and demonstration of techniques to including tempering, truffle making, the use of silicone moulds, transfer sheets, types of chocolate and filling.
You will be let loose to use your imagination to create simple chocolates, truffle, lollies, flavoured thins and more.
All produced can be taken home in a presentation box and bag.
