Our Gourmet BBQ course will take your summer entertaining to another level. Together, we will prepare, cook and then share a 3 course meal that really makes the most out of cooking alfresco.
The skills you learn will open the door to your own new recipes and barbecuing adventures.
You will learn how to:
- Make and use a biscuit tin smoker to create hot tea smoked trout with a cucumber and poppy salsa.
- Marinate and cook Bavette steak with chimichurri sauce and a flower and foraged leaf salad.
- Make and cook flat breads over the coals
- Prepare Chilli and mint marinated charred pineapple with lime and rum spiked mascarpone.
