Want to demystify the art of Indian cuisine? This class shows you how, with demonstrations and hands-on cooking.

You will learn how to re-create takeaway dishes at home with authentic flavours. An introduction to spices and their uses in Indian cuisine is part of this class.

Dishes we will be making are:-

Crispy Onion Bhajis
Chicken Tikka Masala (the nation’s favourite)
Bombay Potatoes
Light Naan Breads

Tastings are available throughout the class. Aprons are provided and a comforting tea/coffee/glass of wine or soft drink are available during the class.
