Join vegan/vegetarian chef tutor, caterer and author, Erin Baker, for a day exploring modern vegan plant based cuisine.
Master creating delicious vegan treats by replacing traditional butter, dairy and eggs with a variety of substitutions.
Through hands on demonstration you will create a gorgeous show stopping spread of Vegan delights including savoury and sweet.
Sample recipes include: (subject to change with the seasons)
Pulled Jackfruit tacos with chipotle mayo
Quinoa, kale and roasted vegetable Buddha bowl with tahini dressing
Creamy macaroni cheese
Chocolate cinnamon cupcakes with orange ganache
Lemon coconut tart with macaroon crust
A mid morning snack, lunch and pudding of the dishes created will be provided.
A selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks will be available throughout the class. Aprons Provided.
