Many dishes typically found in Sri Lanka are dominated by rice and coconut. With many influences from other countries it is a melting pot of flavours. Hands on Cookery and and demonstration.

  • Egg Hopper
  • Sambals
  • Parsley  Flat bread
  • Kottu (Chicken or Butternut squash)
  • Sri Lankan spice mix
