With plenty of hands on cookery and demos, as well as an introduction to spices. With an abundance of coconut and fish we will be making the following dishes:

Cassava chips and dip
idli and sambar
Prawn curry and coconut rice

Tastings are available throughout the class. Aprons are provided and a comforting tea/coffee/glass of wine or soft drink are available during the class.
