Making your own Ploughmans has never been so easy. On this class we will make 4 cheeses: Ricotta, Goats cheese, Soft Cheese and a mozzarella.
With the whey, from the cheese, you will make bread and chutneys too.
The class will be a combination of demo and hands on in groups. Recipes and tastings available.
Aprons will be provided.
