Low Carb – High Veg
Trying to eat less carbs? The modern diet is riddled with simple carbohydrates that break down as sugar and create excess weight and bloating. We all love pizza, pasta and rice, but sometimes we want something a bit lighter. In this class we will use a range of vegetables to create dishes that are low in carbohydrates but high in flavour, veg and protein. Learn how to use vegetables as a base to take the place of carbohydrates like rice, wraps, pasta, pizza crust and taco shells. The class will also be gluten and grain free.
