A TASTE OF CHINA |
Our “Taste of China Course” will take you on a tasting trip to Peking in the north, Shanghai in the east, Canton in the south and Szechuan in the West. Making and tasting as we go.
Andy Robertson your chef has a passion for Chinese food and will share with you, a range of tried and tested dishes from across China. Dishes such as Shredded pork in Capital sauce, Vegetables “wearing a hat” from Peking; Paotzu steamed buns and Lion head meatballs from Shanghai; ‘Pomegranate’ crispy prawn balls and Cha Siu roast pork from Canton and finally Fried fish in hot five willow sauce and Bang-bang chicken from Szechuan.
With a combination of demonstrations and “hands on” experience we will produce a Chinese banquet for you to enjoy along with complimentary Chinese tea or wine. |
