This is a class for beginners or for those of you who want to gain confidence in cooking with fish.
We will start with a short talk on the sustainability of certian fish types, classifying the different types of fish, how to buy healthy, fresh fish and the seasonality of fish.
Watch a short demo, have a go at gutting a mackerel and experience hands on cooking with fish.
