Join us on our Afternoon Tea Experience cookery class.
On this "make and eat" we will make a range of classic cakes, pastries and savouries,
Such as: sausage rolls; sandwiches, scones; Apple turnovers; fruit tarts; Victoria sandwich.
Once you have made the elements of the Afternoon Tea and presented them on our vintage china, you will then sit down in our Apple Barn dining room and enjoy them with a tea of your choice.
What to expect
Hands on baking: You'll typically work in pairs or teams to prepare the different dishes.
Expert guidance: Your chef will guide you through the baking process, teaching techniques and cultural insights.
We will provide: Equipment, aprons and ingredients.
You will take home the recipes and any food you don’t finish.
This 3 hour experience is ideal to attend as an individual, couple or in a group of family, friends or fellow Hen Do buddies.
This is a cookery experience to enjoy, relax and eat cake!
Suitable for beginners, those wanting to increase their pastry skills or just wanting to have fun!
