It’s not all about raw fish! Join chef tutor Versha Patel as we create our own culinary journey of Japanese food. From delicate sushi rolls to savoury noodles we are going to learn some simple techniques that will guide you in your own kitchens.
This is a hands-on experience.
- Gyoza – steamed dumplings
- Chicken Yakatori - chicken with a tare sauce to give it the unique taste
- Yakisoba noodles – noodles in Japanese flavours
- Sushi – choice of filling to make sushi
