Luxury Afternoon Tea Experience
On this "make and eat" afternoon tea experience you will make an Afternoon Tea that a 5 star restaurant would be proud of!
The menu will consist of such items as :
First course savoury:
Coronation chicken on sour-dough bread; prawn cocktail with a bloody Mary dressing; Gloucester old spot sausage rolls.
Second course scones:
Freshly made buttermilk scones served with a black forest topping or strawberries and clotted cream.
Third course sweets:
Cocktail flavoured Macarons; mirror glazed chocolate mousse; raspberry tartlet.
All served with a choice of tea & a glass of bubbly!
What to Expect
Hands-on cooking: You'll typically work in pairs or teams to prepare the different dishes.
Expert guidance: Your chef will guide you through the baking process, teaching techniques and cultural insights.
We will provide: Equipment, aprons, and ingredients.
You will take home the recipes and any food you don’t finish.
