Middle Eastern Cookery covers a wide range of cuisines through out the Mediterranean 

In this class we will explore a fusion of Middle Eastern flavours.

The class of is a combination of demonstration and hands on cookery.

Hot and soft drinks and aprons are provided

You will prepare a variety of dishes such as the sample below:

  • Baked Feta
  • Lamb or lentil Patties with tahini sauce
  • Butternut squash and date hummus
  • Tabbouleh
  • Middle Eastern Zatar flatbread.
