The Cookery School is currently closed, but from 12th April some classes will be going ahead, with the school re-opening in full from the 17th May.  This is in line with guidelines from the Government and the Local Authority.

Learn how to make and form delicious Christmas treats such as Mincemeat Chelsea buns, cranberry, walnut and orange soda bread and stollen.

Your tutor will guide you through the steps of making a sweet bread dough and will demonstrate how to form each.

In this demo/hands-on class, each participant will form, bake and take home a festive bread.

We will provide you with a glass of hot mulled wine to get you in the festive spirit!
