During this baking class your tutor Andy Robertson will show you all the secrets of a successful sponge and cake making.
This class will take you through the art and technique of sponge and cake making, you will cover two types of sponges one with and one without fat and a range of cakes You will then be making a range of products such as Victoria sponge , Coffee cake, carrot cake. Get these under your belt and the whole world of sponge and cake making will open up to you.
You will have products to take home with tastings along the way.
