Join us on a culinary journey discovering the colourful world of edible flowers.
Edible flowers as well as being colourful can add unique flavour and aroma to both sweet and savoury dishes.
Popular varieties include pansies, violas, nasturtiums and roses but we have a wonderful range of wild edible flowers too. Elderflowers, dandelions, wild garlic and more.
During the class we will explore the flavour of edible flavours with tastings, where to forage, where to buy and how to grow them in your own garden space.
You will have the opportunity to be hands on using edible flowers to flavour and to decorate during the class
We will garnish cakes, infuse into tea and mocktails, make flower pesto, decorate salads, and make edible flower pasta
Hot and cold drinks all day and access to a bar to purchase other drinks.
