Join us on a culinary journey discovering the colourful world of edible flowers.
Edible flowers as well as being colourful can add unique flavour and aroma to both sweet and savoury dishes.
Popular varieties include pansies, violas, nasturtiums and roses but we have a wonderful range of wild edible flowers too. Elderflowers, dandelions, wild garlic and more.
During the event we will explore the flavour of edible flavours with tastings, where to forage, where to buy and how to grow them in your own garden space.
We will demo garnished cakes, infused into tea and mocktails, flower pesto, decorated salads, and make edible flower pasta
Hot and cold drinks all day and access to a bar to purchase other drinks.
There will also be a quiz with a prize
