Join us in the Apple Barn for a guided coffee tasting with coffee bean magician Neil from Greenhill Coffee Roasters & our own Chef Manager Joe Parke
Together we will taste a selection of Neil’s favourite single origin roasts & blends as cafetiere, pour over & espresso
You will be kept fed with fresh pastries & bakes, so no one has a caffeine overdose
There will also be coffee & coffee products for sale on the day
We will discuss and note down your thoughts on;
Aroma. Acidity. Often called brightness, gives the coffee a tart or citrusy taste, like vibrant, zesty, sharp, tangy, crisp, lively, refreshing, fruity Sweetness. Bitterness. Body/Mouthfeel. Flavours.
From your feedback & notes we will then create our very own bespoke HBCS coffee blend for our guests to enjoy and to sell in our shop
