This March we’re taking you to the green pastures of Ireland’s stunning north coast! Only a few miles from Chef Joe’s family home sits IDevour.com, a multi-award-winning beef producer.
This passionate team have been farming their coastal land for four generations, with deep respect for the land and a strong commitment to animal welfare – values that shine through in every product.

To start Whiskey cured & oak smoked Severn salmon, wood fire baked treacle & oat soda bread, bacon fat butter
From the fires Stout-brined, smoked & tallow confit ox cheek, chive & spring onion champ, glazed spring cabbage with onions & bacon, gravy
To finish Irish cream cheesecake, lightly smoked stout ganache, candied pecan
