From a tasty snack to a main course, and not forgetting an amazing dessert, pies are a great British staple.
Join our Chef Tutor, Andy Robertson (AKA Professor Pastry) on this hands on class which will take you through making three basic pastries: rough puff, shortcrust and hot water.
From these we will make a range of delicious pies both sweet and savoury.
You will have products to take home with you and there will be tastings during the class.
Duration: 3hrs
