Do you like a good sausage?  Learn the art of making sausages using a selection of different meats from Beef, Pork, Lamb, chicken and Game.

During the class you will mix spices and flavours to complement each of the different meats.

We encourage you to be adventurous with flavours with an array of ingredients to choose from. 

Practice stuffing sausage mix into casings, always great fun.

There will be tastings throughout the class and at the end of the class you get to take home a selection of sausages.

Aprons, Ingredients, hot and cold drinks are provided
