Join Andy Robertson, aka Professor Pastry, for our popular bread making class and spend the day learning the magic of combining yeast, flour, water and salt to create your very own bread.
In this hands-on practical course we will explore basic bread making, adding fruit and sugar to create treats such as Chelsea buns, incorporating savoury ingredients and shaping to create gorgeous tear and share breads.
A light lunch is included along with bread to take home and plenty of tasting along the way.
Please bring a container to take your bread home in.
